Storage Units in Hickory, NC

Super safe facility. Awesome climate control. Excellent staff. Ive been using this storage for over 3 years and I've never had even a small complaint about anything. Rates are comfortable as well, even for someone on a tight budget.

Great facility. Secure, clean and pretty reasonably priced. I rented both interior and exterior units there. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is large enough to accommodate a full-size moving van and has plenty of turn-around space. Key codes provide easy access at any hour. My only beef, and therefore earning four stars instead of five, is the online payment platform. It was pretty wonky and didn't work with some browsers, including Chrome and Safari. Firefox worked best.

Bryan the manager is such a cordial polite helpful man. They also have the best rental monthly price for storage units of any storage company and unlike month to month where the storage place will raise your rate Bryan can get you 12 months without a price increase. If you have a rental space at any other storage place near hickory I would suggest you go see Bryan and mention this review and ask him to help you get into same size unit as any other place and I am sure he will get you lower price if he has any units left. Climate control here actually means keeping it cool like in a home comfortable not settong the air at 80 and Calling climate controlled. No other storage facility will be able to match the units and prices at secured self storage go see Bryan and mention this review he may give you extra percentage off.
